Access to the Palm Springs Federal Credit Union Virtual Branch will be available until March 2016, for statements up to December 31, 2015.



Effective January 1, 2016, online account information will be available at www.suncommunityfcu.org.
To access your account information, log on to Home Banking. First time users will need to enroll.

First time users:
  • Must enroll in Home Banking:
    • www.suncommunityfcu.org
    • Home banking click on first time user
    • Add new account number (included in notification letter, or call (760) 337-4200)
    • Add other details and submit
    • Agree to terms
    • Creating your new log in (user name may include letters and numbers, with a maximum of 20 characters. For security purposes, please refrain from using your account number. Include your email address and follow the password guidelines)
    • Complete Challenge/Response questions for security
  • Must enroll in Bill Pay:
    • Enroll in Home Banking first (details above)
    • Logon to Home Banking www.suncommunityfcu.org
    • Click on menu item pay bill
    • Click on bill pay center
    • From the welcome page, click on bill pay get started tab
    • Complete the form and agreement
    • For setup of bill payments assistance under the pay bill tab, go to the help section and follow the instructions.

    The Sun Community Audio Response unit is available at (760) 337-4270.

  • Must enroll in the Audio Response unit:
    • Call (760) 337-4270
    • Select option 1
    • Enter new account number (included in notification letter, or call (760) 337-4200)
    • Enter last four digits of Social Security number
    • Enter date of birth
    • Create pin number
